YOUR LIABILITY

You must be 18 or older.

If alcoholic or age-restricted products are purchased, the purchaser and any intended consumer must be 18 or older and able to provide valid ID, on request. In the case of click&collect, age-restricted products can be collected exclusively by the person who made the purchase.

Admission and service at licensed premises are subject to licensing laws.

It is at the manager’s sole discretion to refuse service to any individual or to make any other decision which is aimed at promoting or adhering to the licensing objectives, including promoting any internal or hotel-specific policies/procedures.

All products and offers are subject to availability. Alternative products or refunds may be offered, where appropriate, at the manager’s discretion.

If you experience technical issues when using the Software (for example, if the web page doesn't load, payment is interrupted or you are charged twice for the same order), these may be resolved by speaking to a hotel team member.

If your order is refunded, owing to product/offer availability or as a customer service goodwill gesture, it will usually be processed through the hotel till, with the funds being returned to the card within 48 hours.

In order to provide you with the services you require, we may collect and keep a record of personal information about you from our websites, telephone conversations, emails and written communications. ORDERING AND PAYMENT PROCESSING

The web site allows you to order food or beverages from our restaurant or bar. You understand that use of the web site may result in charges to you. Charges will include the price of your order and other applicable fees which may be applied by the restaurant, like service charge. Charges will also include applicable taxes where required by law.

You will be charged the quoted price of the menu items you ordered through the web site. The relevant price will be the price appearing next to the menu items at the time of ordering. Prices may differ from user to user (for example where one user receives a loyalty discount) and may be time-based (for example during 'happy hour'). The hotel doesn't guarantee the availability, accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of offers or promotions provided through the web site. 

Payment for orders must be made by an accepted credit or debit card through the website, or in cash to the hotel at the point of delivery to, or collection by, you.

If you pay by credit/debit card, we will deduct the amount due from your account as soon as you place your order.  Payments will only be processed if the billing information can be verified. You may be required to show the card to the hotel at the time of delivery or collection as proof of identification and so that we can check that the card corresponds with the receipt data for the order. 

If your order is subsequently rejected by the hotel or cancelled for any other reason, we will release the relevant amount back into your available balance. However, this may take between 3 to 5 working days (or longer, depending on your bank or card issuer). You acknowledge and agree that the hotel will not be responsible or liable to you in relation to this delay by your bank or card issuer in the release of funds back into your account.

 

LINKING

We may link to other websites which are not within our control. When we do this, we will try and make it as clear as possible that you are leaving our website. We are not responsible for these websites and do not endorse them.
